Trigonia Seafoods Pty Ltd is the Tasmanian family-owned and operated company behind The Lobster Shack. Trigonia supplies, processes and exports fresh premium quality Tasmanian seafood. 

Our company, based in Bicheno on Tasmania’s East Coast, has direct access to the best fishermen who can provide us with a variety of wild-caught seafood. Our seafood export facility is AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service) approved and we export to both interstate and international customers.

Through The Lobster Shack, Trigonia Seafoods sells a variety of fresh and A grade farmed seafood including oysters, salmon and ocean trout direct to the public.
